He was born on June, 24 1958 in Verkhnyaya Pyshma, Sverdlovsk region He was graduated from Ural Polytechnic Institute. He started his labour activity in 1975 at Pyshma motor depot as repairman. From 1984 to 1996 – he worked at Sredneuralsk Copper Smelter as converter operator, production foreman of converter department, Head of converter department, Director of Joint Venture, Head of International Economic Relations Department. From 1996 to 2002 – OAO “Uralelectromed”, Head of International Economic Relations Department, Deputy Commercial Director of OAO “Uralelectromed”. Since 2002 – Commercial Director of OAO “Uralelectromed”
