He was born on August, 08 1950 in Berezovskiy, Sverdlovsk region. He was graduated from Ural State University. His activity was started in 1974 at Ural State University as Chief of Social Research Laboratory, Assistant of Historical Materialism Chair; From 1984 to 1987 – Oktyabrskiy District Committee of KPSU (Sverdlovsk), Deputy Secretary of UrSU Political Committee; From 1987 to 1991 – Sverdlovsk Sity Committee of KPSU, Trainer of Propaganda Department, Chief of Propaganda Department, Chief of Ideological Department, Secretary of KPSU State Committee; From 1991 to 1999 – Ural Center of International Culture Relations, Deputy Chairman of the Center, Chairman; From 2000 to 2001 – OAO “UMMC”, Deputy Personnel Director; Since 2001 – OAO “Uralelectromed”, Deputy Personnel Director, Personnel Director, Deputy Director on General Matters and Personnel, Acting Director on General Matters and Personnel; He has been Personnel Director since 24.01.2005.
