On March, 2005 OAO “Uralelectromed” took a decision on creation and implementation of Industrial Safety and Health Management System in accordance with requirements of OHSAS 18001:1999 specification to perfect total company management system.
General goals and tasks, purposes and principles of system creation are reflected in the Safety and Health Policy signed by Director of OAO “Uralelectromed”.
In terms of effective operation Industrial Safety and Health Management System will allow the company systematic identification of current and proposed dangers at working places and assessment of personnel health risks, performance of preventive measures for industrial injuries and disease as usual part of routine personnel operation and the part of general business strategy. |
