- Reconstruction of gas treatment facilities of Chemical and Metallurgical Production
Gas treatment system of Chemical and Metallurgical Production is being constructed in stead of old one and it provides the treatment of spent gases for smelting furnaces up to rate of maximum permissible emission. In addition there is possibility for extra recovery of valuable elements – tellurium, selenium and precious metals – from industrial products of gas treatment. Gas treatment facilities of Copper Smelter were built at OAO “Uralelectromed” on December, 2003 to treat spent gases from smelting furnace up to 99%.
