Application and Specification
Su-1 and Su-2 grades of commercial antimony are produced according to GOST 1089-82 in the form of bars weighing on average from 15 to 25 kg.
Used for the production of antimony trioxide, babbitt metal alloys, antifriction and printing alloys and alloys for cable sheathing, in the chemical industry as well as in the battery industry.

Package and Transportation:
Each antimony bar must be marked indicating grade, lot number and trademark of the producer. The bars are not subject to individual packaging.
When packaging the lot, antimony bars are laid on a wooden pallet and secured with polypropylene tape. Each lot is accompanied by a tag indicating the lot number, bar quantity and lot weight details.
As agreed between the producer and the customer, it is allowed to pack bars in wooden crates in accordance with GOST 2991. As agreed with the consumer, antimony of grades Su-1 and Su-2 can be transported unpackaged in containers.
Transport marking according to GOST 14192. Antimony bars of all grades are transported in transport pallets in accordance with the requirements of regulatory and technical documentation.
Guaranteed Storage Period
Antimony should be stored indoors to prevent metal loss, contamination, moisture, vapors, acids, and other aggressive substances. Subject to these conditions the consumer properties of antimony during storage do not change (not limited).
Quality
Each lot is accompanied by a quality certificate of JSC Uralelektromed, indicating the chemical composition of a particular lot.
