Application and specification
Tellurium is used in the production of solar cells, semiconductors, optoelectronics, thermoelectric and other alloys, paints, and as a catalyst.
Tellurium of T-U, T-sT, T-sCh, T-sCHa grades is produced in accordance with TU 0.13.21‑096-00194429-2020, in ingots weighing from 0.1 to 5.0kg.

* Mass fraction of S in Т-U tellurium. Si and Na in Т-sТ grade tellurium is controlled by the manufacturing technology within standard process parameters and can be determined at the customer’s request. Mass fractions of S in T-U grade tellurium and Si and Na in T-sT grade tellurium are disregarded when calculating the total amount of standardized impurities.
** Mass fraction of Si, Na, B, Ti, Zn, Mo, Ca in Т-sCha grade tellurium is determined at the customers’ request. The specified impurities are disregarded when calculating the total amount of standardized impurities.
Package and transportation

Tellurium ingots of T-U grade is packed in single-wall bags; T-sT, T-sCH, T-sCHa grades are packed in double-wall bags, a label indicating the grade and weight of the ingot is placed between the walls of the bag. Each bag is hermetically sealed and wrapped in wrapping paper. Packages of tellurium are stacked in cardboard boxes. Spaces between the packages are filled with paper or other material.
Packaging weight: gross weight of a box is max 27kg, boxes are stacked in the packages weighing max 400kg.
Transportation is in accordance with GOST 17614.
Guaranteed storage period
Tellurium in ingots has unlimited shelf life.
Quality
QMS used by JSC “Uralelektromed” is LRQA certified for compliance with ISO 9001:2015. EMS, EnMS, OHS management system are certified by the “Russian Register” Certification Association for compliance with ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, ISO 50001:2011.
The products are registered in accordance with the EU REACH Regulation.
