Copper cathodes are produced according to GOST 546; chemical composition is according to GOST 859.

Used for manufacturing of wire, buss bars, copper wire rod and copper electrolytic powder.

Package and transportation

Copper cathodes are supplied in bundles of maximum 1,500 kg and maximum height of 500 mm in compliance with GOST 21399. The product may be transported by any covered vehicle.

Unlimited.

Quality
QMS used by JSC “Uralelektromed” is LRQA certified for compliance with ISO 9001:2015. EMS, EnMS, OHS management system are certified by the “Russian Register” Certification Association for compliance with ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, ISO 50001:2011.

Copper cathodes produced by JSC «Uralelektromed» are registered by London Metal Exchange: in 2010 under brand “UMMC” – electrolytic copper produced by copper starting sheet technology and in 2013 under brand UMMC II – electrolytic copper produced by permanent cathode technology.

The product is registered under REACH (EC Regulation for Registration, Evaluation and Authorization of Chemicals).
